About Able Retreats
Able Retreats offer STA/Respite, Day Centre Activities, Personal Care and Community Access to NDIS Participants Living with a Disability.
Able Retreats offers support to individuals living with a disability in a way that gets them into the community in a fun and inclusive way. We support social connection, skills building, Independence and support daily living skills and builds capacity based on your individual needs and NDIS goals.
Able Retreats was created in 2020 after recognising a need within the service area and simply wanting to offer a more individualised & Inclusive service to our customers in their community and their homes and recognise the importance of regular communication and feedback reviews. .
After working within a Disability services role, we noticed that there was not a lot of opportunity for customers to access Respite/STA, out of the home, into a safe supportive environment with the full time support to learn new skills and maintain current ones and from this, Came Able Retreats.
The STA & Day respite activity Day Centre is an individual experience as every customers needs are different so a tailored experience is created for our customers having them enjoying their new experiences and memories for years to come.. We have group respite and one on one options.
Able Retreats prides itself on integrity and providing a person centered service. Our customer is included the whole way through the process to ensure their wants and needs are meet and they feel included.

Initial Enquiry Email
When you make an enquiry, we will send out an email to you for completion to determine your eligibility.

Phone Call or Email Consultation
Discussion around your respite expectations, daily support needs and NDIS goals, needs and wants.
STEP 3

Quote Sent
Able Retreats will send your respite quote via email to you and CC your plan manager for approval for funding.

Quote Approved & Service Agreement Signed
We send your service agreement via email for you to sign. We can also organise a face to face meeting.
STEP 5
Itinerary
Once quotes approved and service agreement is signed we have another phone call to create your respite itinerary, which includes Accommodation, activities and pick up to and from your home.
STEP 6
Pick up at Arranged Time
Able Retreats organise your pick up for your respite.
